I have been coaching for over 20 years, and I first started coaching my local premier league side and was asked to coach association representative football at Granville association.  I started by coaching an u14's side, and then worked through the ranks, having success with all the youth ages, down to U12's.
 

I have coached at levels of NPL competitions - Penrith Nepean United u16's, Hajduk Wanderers 16's &18s, Mounties Wanderers 14's & 15's , NPL2 Senior Hawksbury City u20's Granville Rage u18's & 20's and Granville Rage Youth 14's &15's.

I was lucky enough to be mentored by Trevor Morgan and Casey De Bruin for 5 years at Hajduk Wanderers and my representative coaching includes State Titles NTC Australian championship winners assistant coach.
 

I've been at Mounties for 3 years and my coaching philosophy is based on instilling confidence in young players by encouraging them to believe in themselves.  I also try to emphasise the importance in teaching a player how to win gracefully and also how to  cope with a loss as well, together with showing them the importance of never giving up, and to give all they can individually and for their team mates.  This to me are the ingredients of a good team.  

This year, I am hoping that my players  gain a sound knowledge of their individual roles and their skill levels improve to enable them to be better players at the end of the season to when they started.  I am looking for all my players to support each other, give 100% at training and on game day, and to play a possession based game based  on confidence on the ball whilst defending strongly.
