I've been coaching now for 7 years with the 2019 season being my third year at Mounties Wanderers FC.  I have a simple philosophy in football - that being to have  a well disciplined team that maintains a tight structured defence high up the field and can counter quickly to exploit the other teams weaknesses.

 I look to have my players develop a professional attitude / mentality at training , game day and off the field. If the players can always so this, it will reflect on the field. 

I'm looking for my players and team this year to have a positive environment with a tough physical style of football that will hopefully get us a top 10 finish.
